PTFE fusing machine conveyor belt is made of high tensile fiberglass or Kevlar, knitted by special equipment and coated with fine PTFE.

There are three type of PTFE fusing machine belt as mentioned below:

1）Seamless Fusing Machine Belt

It overcomes the phenomenon that the connection of the conveyor belt interface is easy to break and solves the problem of poor stability and deviation because of unequal circumference of the joint. The seamless fusing machine belt has a running life that is more than three times longer than any other teflon conveyor with other types of joint.

2）Seam Joint Fusing Machine Belt.

Seam joint fusing machine belt is made of fine material. The surface is smooth and luster and the price is competitive. It can substitute imported high priced belts.

3）2ply Fusing Machine Belt

PTFE fiberglass endless conveyor belt is made with static-resistance varnished cloth inside and tearing-resistance fiberglass cloth outside, 2ply belt has great improvements in its intensity, long life usage, well balanced thickness, excellent deflecting prevention capacity, smooth surface, it’s better for super thin fabric fusing.
